An elegant and tasty salad in which we combine El Bosqueño sheep cheese, coated in wheat bran, to an assortment of acid fruits such as orange and red fruits, the caramel from sugared walnuts and a sweet and sour extra virgin olive oil-based sauce with old-style mustard, honey and lime. This cheese, awarded with national and international prizes and originating in the Natural Park of Sierra de Grazalema (Cádiz) offers a strong taste, which persists with spicy and salted notes that promise a delightful aftertaste on the palate.
